Ive had this bike now for about 3 months. Its been over quite a bit of pavement and a few trails. Overall an awesome bike for the money. Things that have been replaced are handlebars and pedals, also the rear wheel (under warranty) due to a defect with the bearing race. Soon to replace will be the saddle, and grips. Things I like: bike is very smooth, fast, looks good, awesome geometry, durable, and easy to maintain. Dislikes: Chain will sometime slip from front chainring during rough, usually dowhill terrain. At times, slight hesitancy in shifting. Please ask questions if you have any, I’ll be glad to answer them.

As a n00b to biking, I figured I’d share my experiences with Trax’s TFS.2D, a budget bike that is apparently beneath “serious” cyclists. truth be told, compared to my old rigid framed bike, it’s a joy to ride, and it makes cycling a pleasure. Let’s see how things go, hey?
