Folding bikes are a great way to get around. They are also convenient and they can fit almost anywhere. Of course the really big market is with the RV drivers, because they don’t have to hang them off the back of the RV and they don’t take up much luggage space. Then of course once you arrive at your destination it just takes a couple of minutes to unfold and set up and you are off and away cycling around the countryside. These are great for commuters too because you can quickly and easily just pack them in a bag, take them on the train and then when you get to the other end, a few minutes and you’re zipping through the last bit of traffic to the office.
But when you think of getting a folding bike, you need to make sure that you find the best one available. As with anything else you purchase, there are good folding bikes and there are some that quite frankly are not built well or good quality. But even amongst the cheap ones, there are still some very good bikes if you know where to look, and the best way to find the best folding bikes and the best prices if you’re not familiar with them, is by looking at folding bike reviews. There are plenty of folding bike reviews around. In fact, there are several sites online that have very good comparisons of the different bikes available and the comparative specifications and they should give you plenty of information so that you can make the right choice without worrying.
You can also get folding bike reviews in cycling magazines, although they do seem to treat them as a bit of a novelty sometimes. However, there are also some dedicated folding bike magazines, which will give you more in depth analysis and are actually more familiar with the technicalities and what to look for in pocket bikes.
Buying a folding bike is like buying anything else, you need to make sure that you get the best value for your money and the best bike you can afford. A little time spent looking through folding bike reviews will make your choice easier and you will able to buy with more confidence and know that you are getting real value for money and that the bike you buy will be a good solid model that should give you real reliability and practicality as well as being fun to ride.

Having a bicycle repair tool accessible when you are out for a long ride is very important. Many cyclists do not carry one because the chances of a malfunction on your bicycle are very slim. However, there is repair tool that you should have on you whenever you are out for a long ride so that you may prevent the ultimate cycling disaster, which is walking back home. This tool is the Adjustable Wrench.
The most basic adjustable wrench bicycle tool is one that is U-shaped with adjustable sides. The adjustable sides are used in order to fit the ***** that you are trying to either loosen or tighten. I truly believe that cyclists can fix many things on the bicycle with this one bicycle repair tool alone!
The adjustable wrench comes in many sizes. These are (but not just limited to) 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 18, and 24 inch sizes. The rule here is that the smaller the size adjustable wrench, the smaller the bit it can be used for. The 4 inch sized adjustable wrench can only open up to a bit over 13 millimeters. Anything over 13 millimeters is just too difficult to loosen or tighten.
The one adjustable wrench size that I carry at most times when I am going for a long bicycle ride is the 6 inch sized adjustable wrench. It fits for most bicycles except for some parts; however, these parts are not crucial to the overall functionality of the bike’s mechanics.
So make sure that you always carry with you an adjustable wrench tool whenever you feel that you may need one because it may be a cyclist’s life saver!

As the name deems fit for this bike, the Rocky Mountain Bikes are what every biker who wishes to ride uphill would love to have one. They are built not just beautifully, but they are perfect for off road trails, where climbing up is a major requirement.
The rocky series offers a very vast range to choose from, which all depends up on your requirement and desire. Each one of them is a unique and specialized piece meant for a different biking joy with a look that could kill with its beauty, that too in a price range that would be worth the price you pay.
Most of the brands in the rocky mountain bikes range are very stylish in appearance and fall in the light weight category. What makes them unique is the front suspension which locks during a climb making it more stable and helps achieve acceleration during the process. This is what makes it a winner in such a competition.
This winner has the maneuverability that gives it the edge over the others while negotiating sharp turns and moving along curvy paths while ascending on a course.
The bike has a center of gravity which is pretty much higher, that gives it a lot of stability while climbing, but this becomes a drawback in a descent, as the higher center of gravity tends to throw off the rider to the front. Seat adjustment becomes necessary to counter this effect.
Another shortfall that this beauty has is the squeaky brake pads. This may not be a long term problem as pad replacement solves this dilemma.
These bikes are generally very cool to look at and equally great to ride. They offer many add on accessories and upgrades which make it further worth its price.
